Kristin Rae Cronic artist statement:

I make work about the journeys we take as it relates to human connection, empathy, individual worth, and adventure. I intend for my work to exist where people live, rest and reflect, and connect with one another.

While medium varies based on the project at hand, color and intuition are common threads. My paintings often use nature as motifs for such themes, but I also use textiles and knot tying in soft sculptures intended for domestic and public spaces.
